  3. Business Development for Cloud Based Lead Management Solution & Technology Training/Workshop/Certifications.
  4. Database creation and Validation for Corporate
  5. Digital Marketing activities like email campaigns and LinkedIn, working on Google adwords campaign
  6. In house selling / No Night Shifts.
  7. Convince the customer
  8. Generate the Revenue
  9. Understanding the Budget & Exact need of the client & Offering the right services.

Key Responsibility

  1. Work with customer leadership teams to plan and implement organizational strategy for operations, performance management and service excellence
  2. Work with management to perform assessment of capabilities, current performance measures, business alignment, technology and processes.
  3. Review and recommend improvement initiatives based on best practices and frameworks (Must: ITILŪ Desired: ISO 20000, ISO 27001)
  4. Facilitate the improvement initiatives at client locations
  5. Proven experience on process analysis, design, solution and roadmap creation
  6. Lead the problem solving efforts, and act as the analytic thought leader and facilitator
  7. Collect data and conducts analysis, and build any necessary strategic insight to support deliverables
  8. Manage customer relationships and facilitate solution acceptance

Key Responsibility

  1. Manage the sales team of 5-10 members
