Role Overview:

This is a strategic leadership role with direct impact on organizational growth and culture. The Head of HR will be responsible for designing the overall people roadmap, building strong leadership pipelines, driving organizational effectiveness, and positioning us as an employer of choice in the EdTech space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Advisory
    1. Partner with founders/leadership team to align HR strategy with business goals.
    2. Serve as a trusted advisor on organization design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • Culture & Organization Development
    1. Define, nurture, and scale company culture across a fast-growing workforce.
    2. Drive employee engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Talent Strategy & Leadership Hiring
    1. Build frameworks for leadership hiring and critical talent acquisition.
    2. Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent in the EdTech/Tech space.
  • Performance & Growth Enablement
    1. Design performance management frameworks (OKRs/continuous feedback models).
    2. Implement learning, capability building, and succession planning programs.
  • Rewards, Recognition & Policies
    1. Establish competitive C&B structures aligned with startup growth stages.
    2. Create recognition programs that reinforce performance and values.
  • HR Infrastructure & Compliance
    1. Set up scalable HR systems, processes, and policies from scratch.
    2. Ensure compliance with labor laws and best HR practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline.
  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–4 years in senior strategic/leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in fast-scaling startups or dynamic sectors (EdTech/Tech preferred).
  • Strong track record of building culture, scaling teams, and driving organizational change.
  • Ability to balance vision with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Global HR experience/exposure to multicultural workforce (since GSDC is global).
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HR Tech (HRMS, ATS, HR Analytics).

Should be MBA/PGDM Sales/Marketing

Roles/Responsibilities:

  1. Telephonically reach out to customers on a daily basis to generate leads.
  2. Meet customers occasionally, as and when required.
  3. Selling of CRM Software.
  4. Prospect, develop, up-sell, cross-sell and generate new business opportunities with the target customers.
  5. Manage the overall sales process, from qualification through closing.
  6. Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.
  7. Understand and articulate the company's value proposition to your customers.
  8. Network with the sales and marketing team of the principal companies.
  9. Lead generation through cold calling.
  10. Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales.
  11. Grow a network with prospects on social channels.
  12. Achieving Monthly and Annually Targets.

Key Skills:

Roles/Responsibilities:

  1. Build content repository for In-bound lead generation activities for North America and India Markets
  2. Must have experience writing for IT industry or IT related products
  3. Develop Business Communications collateral such as Brochures, RFP/RFI Content, Presentations, Datasheets, White Papers, Case Studies, & other similar communications collaterals
  4. Constantly review, update or revamp existing collateral to ensure most recent, relevant and effective content is displayed on all communication collaterals
  5. Work closely with SEO and Social Media team to provide copy-writing material as requested (SEO Copy-writing includes – Press Releases, Blog Posts, SEO Articles, etc)
  6. Assist in the development of Website Content – review and update existing as required
  7. Contribute in SEO, Content Development and Content Syndication activities for the creation of effective content strategy for lead generation
  8. Ongoing research for topics, areas of interest and other similar relevant content that can be used for Content Development
  9. Basic knowledge of content promotion using social media

Key Skills:

  • Sales experience of minimum 2-4 year
  • Should have good command over English language written & communication
  • Be responsible for the content quality and performance of the content piece
  • Required creative and out of the box thinker, visionary, strategy builder
  • The ability to write on technical topics

Roles/Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying trainers for various technology training as per client requirements
  2. Conducting interviews for trainer & updating trainers database
  3. Sharing trainer profiles and training content with clients
  4. Facilitating trainer evaluation & technical discussion calls with client
  5. Identifying vendors for technical lab requirements
  6. Sending proposals to clients based on agreed training scope
  7. Handling negotiations with vendors, trainers and clients
  8. Ensure successful delivery of training with good training feedback

  10. Feedback and customer expectation management
  11. Business Relationship Management activities to generate repeat business from existing customers

Key Skills:

  • Should have minimum 3 years of relevant experience
