She has done her PhD in Management and her research topic is Learning Organization as Strategic Tool for building business Efficacy. Worked with HPCL, Comet Solutions, Lithan Genovate (Singapore),New Horizons(Singapore), Larsen & Toubro Infotech and now with Fiserv. She comes with 21 Plus years of techno-behavioral experience in the IT service, technology and now the product industry. This includes 8 plus years of international work experience. Facilitation is her passion and customer centricity and innovation is what she thrives on.
