Where is my Change Advisory Board (CAB)?

For many years, Change Management, as described by ITIL v3 is considered one of the cores and fundamental processes in Service Operations. However, in the changing world of Machine First, Agile and Cloud, many have questioned the relevance of it. Even ITIL 4 is now talking about Change Control practice letting it be lean and flexible.

So in this session, we will discuss different Change Management Best Practices and how the role of CAB (Change Advisory Board) can evolve from Agile CAB to Ad-hoc CAB to No CAB. We will also explore another CAB (?), which will be vital for the organizations as they embark upon their transformation journey.
