Anil Santhapuri is values-based and results-oriented Learning and HR professional with 17 years of professional experience in the areas of talent management, learning & leadership development and consulting. In his current role he is responsible is the learning leader for CGI Asia Pacific Global Development Center of Excellence.He is a two-time Learning in Practice award winner from Chief Learning Officer(CLO) Magazine USA, for 2017 and 2018 respectively. In March 2012, Anil was also recognized as one of the "Top 10 Training & OD Professional Globally" by Training Magazine. In October 2017, Western Union was recognized as number 1 Organization for Learning by ATD BEST. In January 2019, He was also recognized as Top40Under40 HR Leaders in India. In his career span working with the following organizations, he has designed and delivered award-winning talent and learning initiatives Altisource, Western Union, HCL Technologies, CGI Information Systems, Mahindra Satyam and iGate Global Solutions. Anil is a passionate believer in empowering people through learning and is a ACC certified coach from International Coach Federation (ICF). He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and has completed his PGDBA from Symbiosis.
